Work in a high-end grooming environment where your expertise is recognized. You won’t face the stress of a typical grooming salon; instead, you’ll travel from home to home in a fully equipped Mercedes van.
We Offer
- Paid training $15 per hour (this is not a grooming training course, but rather an introduction to our internal policies and to mobile grooming)
- Paid Time Off (for full-time only)
- 3, 4, 5, 6 day work weeks with schedule flexibility
- Paid on commission and great tips in mobile grooming
- Bonus percentage after 6 and 18 months
- Provided Mercedes-Benz Van fully equipped with air conditioning, a hydrobath, and a grooming salon
- Possibility of keeping the vehicle at home

Potential candidates must love pets, have a clean driving record, and be able to work independently without direct supervision. Must be able to communicate with pet family members about what is best for their pet.

Our custom-designed mobile pet grooming vans come equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water—without the need for external hookups. We prioritize eco-friendliness and provide a spacious, comfortable environment for pets to move freely, allowing groomers to focus on each pet’s individual needs.
At Bark & Mane, we offer a 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience—all in the convenience of our clients' driveways.

Hiring Process

Compensation: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week
