Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, one-on-one grooming services in a safe, cage-free environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build trusted relationships with pet parents.
- Perform professional grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and de-shedding treatments.
- Complete the Bark & Mane Well-Being WrapUp by sharing wellness observations and grooming recommendations with customers.
- Educate pet parents on coat maintenance, pet well-being, and the benefits of recurring grooming schedules.
- Work independently while enjoying the support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams who manage scheduling, customer communication, and vehicle maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional mobile salon environment.
- Focus on safety, quality, and compassionate care with every appointment.
Requirements
- Professional pet grooming experience.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to groom a variety of breeds safely and efficiently.
- Strong pet handling skills and knowledge of animal behavior.
- Strong customer service skills. Sales experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Open to continuous learning and feedback as a collaborative team member.
- Commitment to professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship.
- No degree required—we value grooming skill, experience, and passion for pets.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
