About the Role:
- Provide high-quality pet bathing and grooming in a fully equipped, luxury grooming van
- Communicate with pet parents to understand grooming needs
- Ensure pets are safe, calm, and well cared for during sessions
- Keep your mobile unit clean and organized
- Be punctual — we handle all scheduling for you!
Qualifications:
- No prior grooming experience required — we’ll train you!
- Must have experience working with animals; ideal candidate will have bathing experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift pets up to 75 lbs
- Friendly, reliable, and great with people and pets
Compensation & Perks:
- $25–$35+ per hour (including tips)
- $1,200–$1,400 per week for full-time
- Biweekly pay
- Up to 12 days PTO
