- Earn a 30% commission on every groom, plus guaranteed minimum wage for all hours worked to ensure your non‑grooming time is fully paid
- Any revenue over $750 in a day is paid at a 35% commission rate
- Additionally, bonus eligible based on personal and company performance

Responsibilities
At Aussie Pet Mobile, we care for the business so that you can focus on the pets!
- Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to dogs and sometimes cats daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
- Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance/cleaning so you can groom.
- Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.

- No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.
Aussie Pet Mobile - Overview
- Our custom-designed mobile pet grooming vans come equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water—without the need for external hookups. We prioritize eco-friendliness and provide a spacious, comfortable environment for pets to move freely, allowing groomers to focus on each pet’s individual needs.

Compensation: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
